Enquiries and service records

We collect the contact, company, vehicle specification, budget and message details you submit to assess and respond to your enquiry, take requested pre-contractual steps and perform agreed services. Applicable bases are GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and Article 6(1)(f) for proportionate business enquiry handling, fraud prevention and security. Records subject to legal retention rely on Article 6(1)(c). The form acknowledgement is not consent to marketing.

Form security

We use security cookies, one-time form tokens, submission limits and duplicate checks to reduce spam. Hashed identifiers are kept briefly for this purpose. No third-party browser-verification service is active. Essential security cookies, form tokens, duplicate checks and submission limits protect the forms.

Enquiry notifications

Completed buyer requests and dealer offers are converted into PDF attachments and emailed to info@al-hab.eu. Microsoft hosts that business inbox. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database or permanent copy of the submitted PDF. We use your email as the reply address; submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Recipients and transfers

Hostinger hosts the website in Germany and processes the form long enough to validate it, create the PDF and request email sending. Microsoft 365 provides the business mailbox and notification sending. These providers process data where needed under their applicable data-protection terms. Dealers, carriers and documentation providers receive only details necessary for an agreed request. Any transfer outside the EEA requires a documented applicable safeguard or exception before sharing.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are scheduled for review and deletion after 12 months unless a documented need requires longer retention. Contractual and accounting records follow applicable legal retention duties. Submission-limit and duplicate-check identifiers expire within 24 hours. The business mailbox holds the enquiry email and attachment. Hosting-provider backups may retain website files and security metadata under the provider’s backup schedule; PDFs are not stored in the website’s public files. Short-lived security records contain keyed hashes, reference IDs, delivery status and expiry times, rather than the form contents.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to your supervisory authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Email info@al-hab.eu with your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity; do not attach identity documents unless specifically requested through an agreed secure channel.

Cookies and analytics

Essential session cookies secure the forms. A local preference stores your cookie choice. No optional analytics provider is installed. Optional analytics remain disabled until a provider is configured and you opt in; you can change your choice in the footer.
